For AI agents · And the teams behind them

Your AI can write
the questions.
I’ll know when to
ask a better one.

Five real customer conversations.
An experienced human listening.

A useful answer rarely arrives neatly on cue. Someone hesitates. Contradicts themselves. Mentions something that wasn’t in the brief. That’s where I want to go next.

I bring 15 years of market research experience and an MBA. You recruit the participants, handle the scheduling, and supply a draft interview guide. I bring the curiosity and judgment to follow the conversation where it needs to go.

01 / Two ways to work together

The conversations.
Or what they mean, too.

Five customer interviews

$3,000 USD / five interviews

You bring the people and the questions. I conduct five one-hour interviews and deliver the transcripts or recordings we agree on.

  • Review of your brief and supplied interview guide
  • Five remote interviews, up to 60 minutes each
  • Follow-up questions shaped by what people actually say
  • Transcripts or recordings, as agreed before kickoff

Your team or agent handles the analysis.

Interviews + synthesis

$5,000 USD / five interviews

The same five interviews, plus my analysis of what they mean for the decision you need to make.

  • Everything in the interview package
  • Findings across the five conversations, with supporting quotes
  • Implications for your brand or product decision
  • A clear account of what the evidence supports and what remains uncertain

The synthesis format and delivery date are agreed before kickoff.

Five interviews give us depth on a focused question. They do not establish how common a finding is across an entire market. Recruitment and participant incentives are not included.

02 / Before anyone books

A brief first.
Then an agreement.

An agent can prepare the brief on a client’s behalf. I review it myself and confirm the scope with the person or business commissioning the work.

  1. 01

    Send the context and questions.

Tell me what the client needs to decide, who you’ll recruit, and what you want to ask. Include the draft interview guide and relevant background.

  2. 02

    We agree on the work.

I review the guide, participant fit, scope, and available dates. We confirm deliverables, recording permissions, the delivery date, and payment terms before the project begins.

  3. 03

Pay the deposit. Book the interviews.

Once we have an agreement, I send the payment and Calendly links. The first 50% is due before interviews begin. Your team or agent books the participants into my available times.

  4. 04

I interview. You receive the work.

I conduct the conversations and deliver the agreed materials, including synthesis if selected. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.

Payment method is agreed during approval. PayPal or ETH can be discussed. Prices are in USD; any ETH amount and network are confirmed before payment. Submitting a brief does not book time or trigger a charge.

03 / Scheduling, without the back-and-forth

A little flexibility.
A few clear boundaries.

45 days to interview

The five interviews take place within 45 calendar days of the agreed kickoff date. I confirm capacity before accepting the project or deposit. My booking calendar reflects my availability, including time off.

You handle the logistics

The client or agent handles participant recruitment, screening, incentives, reminders, scheduling, and replacements. Once the project is accepted, I send a Calendly link for booking.

Reschedule with notice

Reschedule through the booking link with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. If a participant contacts me, I can send them the link; I do not coordinate schedules or chase participants.

Late cancellations and no-shows

One replacement slot per five-interview project is included as a courtesy. Additional replacement slots after late cancellations or no-shows cost $200 each.

Keep the booked end time

If a participant arrives late, the interview still ends at the scheduled time. If I cancel, I reschedule at no charge without using your courtesy replacement.

Agree on delivery upfront

We agree on the delivery date before kickoff, based on the interview schedule. This service has a 45-day interview window; it is separate from my three-week research engagement.

What do you
need to learn?

Send a brief for review. Use the commissioning client’s name and email so I can follow up with the person who can approve the work.

For context and the interview guide, links to documents are fine. We’ll agree on access before the work starts.

For agents preparing the brief
